Over the past year, life has felt heavier, filled with chronic illness, pain, and the uncertainty that comes with loving someone battling cancer. There are days when the noise of it all feels overwhelming.
But when I step into my garden, something shifts.
The hum of the bees, the warmth of the sun on my face, and the beauty growing around me remind me to pause. In those moments, I reconnect with something deeper than fear. I reconnect with hope, gratitude, and the light that still exists within me.
Rooted in Light is layered with that story. It is a reminder that even when life feels chaotic, we can remain grounded. That even in darkness, light is still present. And sometimes all it takes is a moment in nature to find our way back to it.
